Head pastry chef and owner, Adrianna Robles, started decorating cupcakes in high school for her cheerleading squad's bake sales.  After high school, she attended Southern Connecticut State University in order to study photography. She was uncertain about where photography would take her and she knew she wanted to transfer to a new school. A few people suggested that she pursue her talent for decorating cakes.One night she had a dream that she would own her own bakery one day, called Good Morning Cupcake. With this dream and the support of her friends and family, she decided to attend Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Today, Adrianna has graduated with highest honors from JWU with a bachelors degree in baking and pastry arts. Upon moving back to Stamford, Adrianna is now ready to take Good Morning Cupcake to the top!
